Returns Policy
Its our absolute priority to ensure you are satisfied with your Bella Buttercup purchase. Should you wish, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different colour or style, at your expense. Items must be in the original package, unused, unwashed and in a sellable condition. For exchanges please follow the below instructions.
Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns for either an exchange or refund within 14 days from the original purchase date. If you wish to return a product please email hello@bellabuttercup.com.au to let us know what item you will be sending back to us and post back to the below address:

An exchange or refund will only be given if the goods are returned in the same condition as when sold and are sent back with their original packaging. Please also include a note with your name, address and phone number so we can contact you if needed once goods are received. For product exchanges the return postage must be paid by the customer in order to receive their new product. Please either include a pre-paid post bag or arrange with us directly to pay by Paypal or bank transfer.
Faulty Good Returns
If you have an issue with your order we are more than happy to look into this for you and if we agree that your product is faulty we will honour an exchange or refund at no cost to you. Please email hello@bellabuttercup.com.au with details of the problem, along with an image for us to view. If the product is deemed to be faulty we will book you a pre-paid postage slip for you to return the original product to us free of charge and arrange replacement or refund as soon as possible.
