1.Pricing
Prices are displayed in AUD. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.
2. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
3. Returns and exchanges
Bella Buttercup takes pride in offering quality products to our wholesalers and customers. Each product is carefully checked prior to shipment, in order to minimise faulty or damaged goods being distributed. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please get in touch with us through hello@bellabuttercup.com.au to organise a replacement/exchange or full refund. Do not return your item until you have been asked to by Bella Buttercup and have been given further instructions. Please note you will need to return the product back to us before we can issue any kind of replacement or refund. The refund will be deposited in the same way payment was made.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 10 days of receiving it. The returned item should be in its unused and original condition. Shipping on change of mind purchase can not be refunded.
There are no returns or exchanges on sale or sample items.
4. Payment
Bella Buttercup welcomes payment by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal via the website. Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, email address and any payment information will be treated confidentially and only released to third parties such as courier and postal services to assist with the fulfilment of your order.
5. Security
We use eWAY a secure payment gateway to process all payments which is linked to our Westpac Bank merchant account.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. Please also refer to the worded colour and product description. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
If we ever decide to change our minds about any of the above, update pricing or minimums, or discontinue certain styles and colours, we may do so at any time, and you can't be mad at us.
