Orders are booked through Shippit, collected on Tuesdays and Fridays and will be delivered by Courier Please, Fastway or TNT. This is a registered freight service by which clients can track their order easily. Tracking details will be sent via email (Please check your junk folder) You will receive updates on your item once it is dispatched, whilst in transit and on point of delivery.
All orders are to be shipped directly to nominated address by the customer/retailer, we do not send to PO box addresses within Australia and require a physical address. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit or for incorrect information been given.
We do ship to many parts of the world, including New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. At this stage we don not ship to the USA or Canada due to our public liability contract. All international orders will be posted by Australia Post. International shipping costs are added at checkout.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
